The most cleanest hostel I have ever seen. Everything looks super new and works great. Comfy beds and soo much space everywhere. It was quiet when we stayed so all together there were only 4 guests while we were there so it was perfect for some peace and quiet. The kitchen is a 10/10, I want a kitchen like this in my home!!! Anywhere in imsouane is a good location because the beach is a 2 minute walk away. Small surf town vibes!!!

The staff is very friendly and higher in positive energy. He offers to show us a panoramic view of the Imsouane from a high point. He's great at offering cooking classes too. Recommend!

Staying at Berber Beldi Camp is a unique experience!
The open tents are very well-equipped and cozy.
The camp is extraordinary clean!! We have stayed in a lot of accommodations in Marocco, but the cleanliness of the Berber Beldi Camp was outstanding.
The breakfast is very good.
We also enjoyed the "terrace" with hammocks and nice sitting area.

Touria, Khalid and everyone who worked at the Lighthouse were fantastic hosts. They were extremely welcoming and very helpful with my questions and requests. I really liked that they know exactly how to judge how much interaction to have with guests - they are happy to be very conversational to those who wish to socialise, but are also happy to be a friendly face and a warm hello then provide space to guests looking for a quiet stay. Touria's food was exceptional - I ate at the accommodation every day I stayed there! The facility was very clean and I felt happy and comfortable styaing there. The rooftop was awesome!

Very good spot for surfing, but keep in mind, that this is a village, and facilities there are limited. You have several restaurants, some shops (food, everyday necessities, souvenirs and surf stuff), surf rentals, a pharmacy, one doctor, one Western Union office and that's it. Pharmacy and one of the restaurants take cards for payment, the rest is cash only - make sure you bring enough with you. The surf lineup can be somewhat crowded during the high season.

Superb. Perfect location.
Superb. Perfect location. I can highly recommend Surf Paradise.
You can eat charcoal grilled fresh fish, straight off the boats, in the harbour. O Happy Bay restaurant is an excellent alternative.
Imsouane is a small fishing village. Restaurants and mini supermarkets are all within walking distance.
There are no ATMs, so bring cash.

Very clean place. Nice host. Only issue is the bathroom.
Very clean place. Nice host. Only issue is the bathroom. Combination toilet with shower. Everything gets wet including the toilet paper. No where to hang fresh clothes or towel inside the bathroom when showering. If you try, they will get wet!

Too much gastro sickness - common denominator is the sea. 3/3 people in my party sick and a few others in different hotel. I will not surf here again without knowing that proper water sanitation is in place.

The surf was amazing.
The surf was amazing. Also the sunsets every evening are very nice. All the people in the town are friendly. Nobody got sick that I heard of? In taghazout a lot of people get sick.
During the day you see a lot of tourists. In the evening there is not much to do.
I would recommand this town to everybody who loves to surf long waves!

Imsouane has stolen my heart!
Imsouane has stolen my heart! This surf village is perfect for a couple of days but better, stay just one or more weeks! The surf is good and the people very friendly! There are lots of surfshops, grocerie shops, souveniershops and resto's. At the port, you can buy cheap and very good fish. There is a nice little bar with live music which sells alcohol. I stayed one week in Imsouane but will go back very soon!
Touria, Khalid and their family are living their dream in Imsouane, and this shines through to their enthusiasm for their guests. I had a great time at the Light House and extended my stay to 1.5 weeks. The food was exceptional, and I feel like I received great Moroccan hospitality, and I really enjoyed my stay and conversations with Touria, Khalid and the other staff and guests. The hostel is modern and still new, and the roof terrace is great. I highly recommend, especially if you're in Imsouane for more than a few days.
This hostel was really fabulous & probably had the best views in all of Imsouane. I say "had" because 2 weeks after we left Imsouane on the 19th of January, the entire part of the village by the coast was levelled by diggers with occupiers & business owners only given 24 hours notice. Very sad for the people who lived there & had their livelihoods destroyed by force to make way for corporate tourist resorts & the authorities who cooperated with them. 🙁
We really loved our stay in L’Oued the Lodge. The place is designed with a good sense of style, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is super helpful & friendly. It’s located in the heart of Imsouane and they can help you out with surf classes. They also host nice yoga classes on the sunny rooftop with sea view and the Moroccan breakfast is delicious. The atmosphere is very calm & relaxing. Would definitely recommend!
What can I say about this hostel...
For my second time in Imsouane, I leave flooded with sunlight, waves and beautiful encounters.
Jallal is an incredible host, a fine ambassador of Moroccan cuisine (with the help of Saida!) and hospitality.
You come to Easy going for the surf and you come back for the people.
PS : special mention to Django, Morocco's chilliest dog
The atmosphere in the hostel is really good with a welcoming and helpful owner. My whole stay was easing going and I stayed a few more days than expected, actually I came back after a few days, because I kind of felt in love with imsouane and it’s surfspots!
Which I really liked was the opportunity to cook your own food in the kitchen. Great rooftop!
I loved the interior design of the surfhouse and the room and the great view from the rooftop, and how the host Abdul is nice and welcoming and always available when needed.
The surfhouse also had a great location to nice beach spots but also 2minutes from the center of imsouane
We were made to feel very welcome to Bruno's home. We particularly loved the delicious breakfast served every morning on the roof terrace overlooking Imsouane. We had a fantastic stay and met some lovely guests who were also staying at the property. Definitely recommend!!!
The camp is not far away from Imsouane on a hill with a nice view. The tent was nicely furnished and it was a really cool experience to spent the night in it. The host and the crew were truly amazing and we had the best Tajine for dinner and a very nice breakfast as well.
We had a great time with Abdul that has been the perfect host! We enjoyed spending our evenings on the rooftop! Great moroccan dinners with live Music in the background :)
West Coast Surf House is the best place to stay in Imsouane!
Thé host of the lodge was lovely and helpful, and can cook a delicious Tangine. . She also helped me out when I got to Imsouane by lending us money since there are no banks in the town or any restaurants that accept any cards.
Amal who runs the whole hotel was wonderful. She was exceptional and made sure that we had everything we needed and answered all questions. The balcony overlooked the most spectacular view of the bay.
Beautiful oasis with an awesome view and still close to the Center of Imsouane. Elise is one of the most pleasant and generous host we ever met. We didn’t tried the breakfast but it looked very good!
Pleasant place, clean and comfortable rooms.
Appetizing breakfast on rooftop prepared by great and friendly host, Ahmed.
One of the best places in Imsouane, highly recommended!
The communication with the host was very easy as well as renting surf equipment. We really enjoyed our stay at Imsouane and would love to come back to the hostel.
The staff, the vibes and the atmosphere were all great. I've met some amazing people there. I will definitely go back if I'm in Imsouane in the future.
