Malinalco is a beatiful town for a weekend out of the city.
Malinalco is a beatiful town for a weekend out of the city. The archeological site is great and a has a great location where you can see all the valley. The transfiguration convent and downtown are beautiful, you can find art galleries, artcrafts and great places to eat.
beautiful little cabins on a nice property not too far from the center of malinalco. very clean and well stocked, as far as pots, pans, etc go.
quiet, cabins well decorated.
a nice fire pit outside, with a small amount of wood and fire starting material included. the wood itself did not burn very easily and I had to hunt around the property for small sticks that would build the flame and make hot coals.
nice bed.
a good price
Boutique hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was good: coffee and bread followed by fresh fruit and then eggs made to order with beans, ham, bacon or anything you’d request.
The room was spacious and very clean. We had a small terrace with a view to a beautiful garden. Free self-parking is available onsite.
Very nice place to stay in Malinalco, so close to downtown and main places in the area. The receptionist also is very kind and give you a list of other activities to do in the region. Good breakfast with an amazing view of the mountains surrounding Malinalco is something that I really enjoy.
Its a beautiful old traditionally mexican house! They built a small building next to it where they have a few rooms for the hotel guests.
They have people in the kitchen all day cooking traditional and home cooked meals. Its beautiful and traditional and the property is great!
We’ve been on road trip visiting many hotels. This was without comparison the best. Beautiful room, beautiful property and garden. The staff is very kind and helpful, feels like visiting family. Great breakfast and coffee.
Our best recommendation to enjoy this place.
the place is magical the pool warm, the garden and grounds are gorgeous. about 15-20 minute walk from the center. love that all profits go to support people with intelectual disabilities. i think the hotel should showcase that fact. it would attract more tourism!
Loved the garden facing rooms/cabins so peaceful. Small yet very contained you were not aware of other guest in the Hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff Lucrecia in particular. The honesty bar was well stocked with alcohol or soft drinks and nibbles.
Hotel was perfect for our family vacation. We booked 3 rooms and were all placed together. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was great at accommodating all of our requests. Heated pool was a hit with the kids.
The property is located over a road, 10 minutes away walking to the city center, the zone is quiet, and this neighborhood of Malinalco is very residential, to be honest, it is more a road motel than a hotel.
Everything about this hotel was perfect! The room, the property, the scenery, the helpfulness of the owner and staff, the breakfasts. I would highly highly recommend this special hotel!
Beautiful hotel, excellent service, and a clean heated pool which delighted my children. Since we are a family of 5 we rented both adjoining halves of a cabin.
Great location, kind and helpful employees, lovely rooms and grounds, good wifi, hot water, and delicious breakfast. All around a great spot in Malinalco!
