Good location if you need to be close to Mutrah, but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean, a bit dated but still in good condition, decent breakfast spread and the staff are great. A special mention to James the porter, who was always full of smiles. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay around the Mutrah area for a night or two.

Our apartment was humongous. It had two toilets, kitchen (with alll the necessary appliances), huge living room (with balcony) and bedroom. There are some restaurants within walking distance, so no need to use the car or taxi for the diner.

This is a good place to spend a night or two in Muscat for those on the budget. The hotel staff was very friendly, they provided us with an extra bed. Free parking was available in front of the building. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
