A very nice apartment continently located between Lisbon and Cascais. The views from the apartment is just next to none! The apartment itself is nicely decorated with the underfloor heating which is a really nice touch when you travel during winter months, although the weather was still stunning in December. The bed was comfy and spacious. We absolutely loved the area which is very characterful, full of restaurants with a grocery shop and a train station within 5 min walk. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a short trip to Lisbon if you do not want to be bothered by a crowd and live in a close proximity to the ocean.

Room: hai dryer is so weak, it takes twice as long. Coffee cups not large enough. It’s not lux, but dependable and a good value.

Paco de Arcos was a short 20 minute ride from the airport...
Paco de Arcos was a short 20 minute ride from the airport and just outside the city center. It is a quaint town, quiet and had great restaurants, lovely people and easy access to both train transit and beaches. You can walk all the way to Lisbon along the waterfront with many beaches and landmarks. We did a day trip to Cascais via the train and were completely at ease for our entire stay. Our best outing was a day trip to visit many of the Knight's Templar historical sites with a local guide who was a history buff and shared much of his knowledge with us.

Paço de Arcos is the perfect midpoint between Lisbon city...
Paço de Arcos is the perfect midpoint between Lisbon city and the coastline beaches that stretch eastwards to Cascais. Recommended if you want to retreat to be somewhere a little quieter that is walking distance to a variety of beaches.
It's very easy to get to/from Paço de Arcos with the train from Cais do Sodre, although check the timetable as the trains run every 15-20 minutes.
O Pastus restaurant in the Paço de Arcos Garden is excellent for modern a modern presentation of Portuguese seafood dishes, with great cocktails as well.

The apartment itself was very good with everything you need...
The apartment itself was very good with everything you need for a longer stay and a beautiful view on the ocean. The surroundings are also very good with a lot of restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery and the train station nearby. The soul
of this all is Frederico, our very friendly host, who was there to give us a warm welcome with a lot of advises about where to park the car for free, the way to the train station and interesting places to visit. He was all the time available for questions and tips and at the end he was also there to wish us a good journey back home. It couldn't be better.
Spent a wonderful 5 days at Marta's Appartment in Paço de Arcos. The apartment is beautiful with a lovely outdoor terrace to sit and have breakfast. Kitchen is well stocked with applicances, cooking utensils etc. The key collection arrangement was very clear and hassle free. Location superb....over looking a lovely garden, across the street from a lovely small beach, 5 mins walk to train, supermarket etc. We will definitely return!
The place was really good location. 3mins walk to the beach. And 15mins drive from the Lisbon downtown area. And have a lot of good restaurants around. Grocery store is just 3mins walking distance. From the patio, you could directly see the ocean. The apartment each room has air conditions, and also has a washer. The host is super responsive and friendly.
It's a great place to stay also for long period. It is like at home but more because the interior architecture is on the 'next' level. Not the usual modern style but a refined taste. The staff is really more than special: superb! Position is perfect for the beach and the train station to Lisbon/Cascais is just closed in 5 minutes walking.
Location is in a nice historic port area with lots of eateries nearby, and the train station is nearby for easy access to Lisboa town. The apartment was clean with everything as advertised. Our host Frederico was terrific either way his communications and providing advise. Highly recommended.
What a gem, this apartment was perfect for our family of four, the facilities had everything you needed but the real plus was the location. Nestled in amoung amazing restaurants, quiet and relaxed yet a short train journey into Lisbon. We would most definitely recommend this place.
It was our fourth time, so obviously we like the hotel.
It has to do with the location. It's easy to reach, good parking and easy access to Lisbon and the villages along the coast.
Staff is friendly, it's nice to have a pool outside.
Beautiful views to the ocean.
Room had a good view, decent size. The swimming pool is really good. Breakfast was a bit better than average. Some of the staff were friendly (especially Helga, who was our first contact when we checked in), the rest below average
Over all, the amazing views is Paço de Arcos, the proximity of an spa, the beach, the train station to be in Lisbon in just 1/2 an hour. Plenty of restaurants, coffees, supermarkets, and the local people, always nice to you.
Really great view of the water. AC worked great. The neighborhood was fantastic and very local. The train was very close and was an easy ride into Lisbon. It was great for our family at half the cost of central Lisbon.
Location - nice neighborhood, not far from public transportation. Easy access to Lisbon and local beaches. Bruno was really helpful with local recommendations for dining and things to do.
The location was great to combine with Lisbon, Sintra and the other beach towns, everywhere was about 25 minutes to reach by car. The hotel staff was very friendly.
the owner was really nice and welcoming and the apartment is as amazing if not better than the pictures I’ll definitely be returning and would love to stay again
balconies overlooking the sea.
small but nice swimming pool, easy access, free, parking
very friendly and helpful staff the best I’ve had in Portugal so far
