Very quite Road side Motel, that seemed to be built with a great plan and investment but has been let go. No food available so you have to drive out to find something. Kids lived in the pool when we weren't out in Sukhothai. the Place has function rooms. One got used while we were there. For the price it was very good and clean for the family.

My room was big, bright, clean, comfortable, and freshly painted. The AC, wifi, and hot shower all worked great. And there was a fridge in the room too, a real plus. It's practically next door to the bus station, and an easy walk into town. There's public transport 3 times a day from the station to the historical site for 30B, or you can easily get a tuktuk. It's a good value and I would certainly stay here again.
