- The family that hosted us was simply adorable. Not only their kindness, but also their willingness to advise and assist us with our packed itinerary of travel and excursions.
- Unlike MANY other accommodations throughout Turkey in 14 days of travel, they spoke English much better than the staff of more "luxurious" hotels. Even better than the airport staff.
- The lady's cooking was simple, tasty, and typical of the region. Fantastic.
- It's a simple accommodation great for short stays, but it provides everything you need.
- Highly recommended.

The Owner Ismail is a real gem, very down to earth and friendly, I was treated like a friend. Ismail guided my about the tour attraction, HE took me on his bike to the ATM, booked my hot air Baloon ride, helped me with luggage. and even washed my car when I told him my car rental asked me to return the car clean. He went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Also the breakfast prepared by his MUM was very yummy. I felt like I am staying with my best friend. lovely and generous people and I highly reccomend this place anyone looking for a cheap and reasonable accommodation.

It is a very beautiful and peaceful area.
It is a very beautiful and peaceful area. It's a good idea to include Pamukkale on your Turkey visit route. One day should be enough.
Note: entry to access the thermal pools is expensive but covers a very large area. Consider knowing if they have water so you don't make a trip in vain.

The ruins of Hierapolis are worth visiting.
The ruins of Hierapolis are worth visiting. The rest was a huge disappointment. We were unable to see any similarity with the tourist promotion photos. The white thermal pools with blue water can barely be seen. Cleopatra's pool is a trap for tourists. Extra payment is required.
The thermal pools are artificial, slippery and full of tourists. We have to walk barefoot on aggressive flooring.
The entrance at the bottom next to the city is a mistake. It requires you to walk up barefoot for more than 500 meters on very harsh ground for your feet.

This place is only worth visiting if you have never been there. Even so, you have to manage your expectation and forget about all the photographs about Pamukkale you saw, which is pretty much the magic of a good photographer. Most of the pool are dried and there are far too many people.
The Herapolis ruins is surprising good and well- maintained, which I would perfer to stay there longer. Our visit via the north gate is a good choice though.

I read many reviews of people complaining about lack of water or the site globally turning grey. Climate change. I was visiting mid September after months of no rain and water was enough to understand why even Cleopatra came there: Hierapolis (full) visit is amazing. I recommend people to read a bit the story of this city before visiting

You just need 1 day in Pamukkale.
You just need 1 day in Pamukkale. The best experience; wake up early and get to the South gate by 06H30, when it's not busy. Spend the first hour or so viewing the travertines and open-air ruins. There may be less water than what you see in videos. Rather than bathing the shallow, man-made travertine pools, get to the Ancient Pool by 08H00 and pay to swim there. It is an amazing experience before 08H30, when the crowds get there.
I loved the location of the property and the staff. The hotel was about 10 minutes away from the thermal pools/Hierapolis and just a short walk from the Main Street. The staff is truly what stood out, from the start we were welcomed warmly and felt extremely comfortable at the hotel. We were also able to meet the whole family (including their puppy!) that runs the hotel and again they were nothing but helpful and friendly during our stay. There has been no other place that I’ve stayed at in Turkey where the hosts are as kind.
This is the best hotel we have stayed in Turkey by far. The Owner and his family are super friendly, they always offer you food and drinks. They also took us to visit the cerviches houses in a nice night walk.
The breakfast is a huge amount of really good food from the Owner's garden (you would not be hungry until dinner time).
Also, the hotel has two thermal pools and one swimming pool, so it is possible even to take a bath in winter.
The room is really big, it has a kitchen zone and the beds are comfortable.
I enjoy the stay at Bellamaritimo hotel! They waited my arrival at night.
The room was clean and with everything we need. From the room you have a beautiful view of the Valley with balloons. The breakfast is the typical Turkish breakfast, good and full of things to eat!
The receptionist helped us organizing the visit at Pamukkale site that it is close to the hotel.
You can find also a bus station near by, from there you can go to denizli with public transport easily.
Everything was perfect! The decor in the room is simple, but everything looks dignified and clean. Each room has a balcony/terrace. Also in the bathroom there was a bath, which can be filled with thermal water. Quiet, calm hotel. Good breakfasts are served in the morning. A very nice man at the reception, who will give advices on places to visit. Free parking nearby. In 5 minutes there are many cafes, markets, shops. Karahait is a great village to live and visit.
Our stay at Venus Suite Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is located in a peaceful village of Pamukkale, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with all the necessary amenities. The on-site restaurant served some of the best traditional homemade food we've ever had. And Yunus, the hotel staff, was incredibly hospitable and accommodating, making our stay all the more memorable.
Very central hotel, few minutes walk to Pamukkale thermal pools and Hierapolis ruins, nice facilities, big bedroom with ar conditioner and mini bar, big bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, beautiful swimming pool right in the middle of the property, kind staff (it's a family business) and a really amazing and complete breakfast included in the price. I do recommend a 100%!
The staff at this hotel are some of the loveliest people we have met in all of Turkey, a very lovely, genuine family who are interested in talking to you. We really appreciated them. The view from the breakfast balcony was stunning too! The rooms had everything you needed too which is good. Excellent location for what you want to see of Pamukkale!
The hotel is 2 minutes far (by walk) from Pamukkale thermal baths. The staff has been incredibly kind and available to meet our needs and beyond. They prepared for us a great turkish breakfast even if it was outside the breakfast scheduled time (were overslept). The facility has also private parking spots, which are essential if you come by car.
We liked the spa and its personnel. Breakfast and dinner were good. And the thermal outdoor pool with red water was nice. Our kids liked the restaurant, the games corner, especially the air hockey. And the music bar with those disco lights ))
Hotel's territory is beautiful. Good that the hotel is close to Pamukkale.
The man at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable about the nearby attractions' prices and hours. We were able to walk to Pamukkale/ Hierapolis from the hotel. There was plenty of parking in a lot right next to the hotel. Breakfast in the little restaurant right next door was plentiful and very good.
We booked this hotel as we liked the rooms the swimming pool and the fact that is super close to the famous Pamukkale thermal pools. We weren't disappointed at all. We also had very nice and delicious dinner there. Unfortunately I left some of my clothes there, but the staff was so kind and sent it to me.
Very nice place to stay in Pamukkale. The family owning the hotel is super nice, they helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was super good. The common area where we can rest is super cozy with the fireplace and tea that we can get 24/7. Would definitely recommend staying there 🤩
Great rooms. Check in was smooth and they helped us with tips to visit the Pamukkale pools. Nice hotel with refreshing pool and hot thermal spring pool. Even had a thermal bath in the room but it was too hot for us to use. Good breakfast with friendly staff. Can definitely recommend
Venus was a great place to stay in Pamukkale. The rooms were excellent. We had dinner outside around the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was probably the best we had anywhere in Turkey. The manager organised a mini bus for us to get to our next town. Nothing was too much trouble.
Comfortable, clean hotel with great breakfast and nice host. It is within 15 minutes of walking to the lower entrance of the Travertine. The breakfast was exceptional and the best we had during our staff in Turkey, the rooms were large and overall great value for money.
The thermal pool was great and the fact that both pools were open until 11:00 - 11:30pm was very appreciated. The hotel is located very close to the Pamukkale travertines and that was great. Ebru was very helpful, she helped us with transfers.
its really close to Pamukkale thermal pools, perfect choice if you’re going for no more than one night. breakfast pretty much the same of all turkey. Turkish people are always kind and willing to help you.
The bus stop is near the hotel and when you take a tour of pamukkale it's just walking distance by foot.
The staff are kind and the room is big and comfotable and you could go thourgh minenal water sho
