I called the front desk to inform the Hotel I would be late; however, still checking in and wanted to secure the room. When I arrived I was turned away and told my room was given to another guest.

Bossie City is ok but the Boardwalk is a complete failure.
Bossie City is ok but the Boardwalk is a complete failure. Five or so years ago it was a thriving shopping center now it is just a ghost town with a few restaurants and a Bass Boat store. It could return to its past glory with better management and a little quality marketing and rental recruitment. I have high hopes of its return.

I would not tell anyone to stay in this bug infested no working fridge or microwave the fridge spell horrible and the microwave sparked when plugged in and had rust and it was nasty we had dead bugs in the restroom and in the window by the air conditioner this place is not up to part and I would like my some of my money back

I really didn't appreciate the fact that I booked and paid for a non smoking room with a king bed in advance and when I got to the property they didn't honor my reservation and gave me a room with double beds instead with no microwave or refrigerator!! Who does that maybe a lower rated hotel but I never expected that from them and they tried to charge me for an upgrade that wasn't my fault!!!CarolynUnited States

It was close to the interstate. It was just off the exit but far enough that we could not hear any traffic. There was a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel and You got a 19% off coupon.

It had central air and not a wall unit. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays or even staycation getaways.
