I'm still livid that the management would choose to subject guests to FOX news propaganda while visiting the lobby while checking in and eating breakfast. All those supporting the former treasonous insurrectionist lying criminal traitor do not belong in the hospitality industry. I'm extremely offended. Matt Harris

Great town where real people live and work, not like the resort towns of Beaver Creek and Vail. We stayed as a mini-break during a longer ski vacation. The hot springs are a brilliant way to relax and enjoy the winter sunshine. Expensive to get in at $32, plus another $8 for a towel rental (Probably cheaper to buy one at Walmart!), but you can come & go all day if you wish. The vapour caves are quieter & more serene with a sad history of the white folks displacing the native Americans. You probably need to book in advance as they need to limit entrants to the caves - $20 for 2hr stay, including a towel! Plenty of choice of restaurants and bars in town, all within walking distance. Easy drive to Glenwood Springs as the I70 (and railway line) go right through the middle.

Room was very small, smelled like mildew, air conditioner didn’t work, breakfast was horrible, beds were very old and hard and slanted towards the edges of the bed. The hot springs pool was wonderful and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

Should not be charging for open lot parking.

Should not be charging for open lot parking. Should offer at least a continental breakfast. Way too many additional add-on charges. 15% tax in Glenwood Springs (?). The room charge per night apparently, as I was told, varies according to hotel bookings. We were there off season. Room service, minimal clean towels, emptying trash, only occurs after a 2 night stay Really? The staff was the best. Attentive and friendly.

Lovely hotel, centrally located. Room had all the facilities one could need. Breakfast was included and was very good. Despite being central and directly on a busy road it was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommended if in the area or having a session in the Hot Springs!

This place was tremendous. The room was tops, the location was prime, and the history of the hotel was incredible to be a part of. I’d stay here every time I’m in Glenwood if I could afford it. Very fun to do for a special western themed weekend experience the lore of some of americas most famous western figures. Spent an afternoon at the iron mountain hot springs, and while they’re not the strawberry hotsprings of Steamboat, it was nice to have a discount provided by a partnership with the Denver Hotel. Really neat place.

The location was pretty central, situated right in Glenwood Springs, very close to several restaurants, the downtown and several Hot Springs resorts. The check in process was seamless and straightforward, we also got a courtesy call to confirm we were indeed staying the night. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, overall a no-frills experience.

It was very clean and comfortable. Showers had good water pressure with hot water right away, and nice smelling Paul Mitchell shampoo. Bed and pillows were comfy. The location was great; close to the hot springs and downtown. You have to drive to get places, but we didn't have any problems finding parking. The breakfast and coffee were good.

What a great place. Rooms and resort very clean and as advertised with a daily hot and or continental breakfast. Hot springs are across the street and require a short walk but easy to access. The resort is in the heart of the downtown area with shops and restaurants.
