The environment is perfect in natural beauty and England country house luxury. You can take a track for 5 minute walk to the lake or walk around in forest. Tranquil and a bit isolated.

Room was very clean and very modern inside. A good verity of tea and coffee in the room and the biscuits were amazing. The toliteries were very good too. Location superb.

It was a long drive inside from the main highway but once we reached the place , it was a hidden gem with absolutely stunning views. The breakfast was very nice with fresh ingredients, my husband loved the fresh salmon on his toast and I enjoyed the vegan grilled plate . The view from the restaurant was to die for . We had a lovely stay 😊

Breakfast was excellent. We loved having afternoon tea and scones in the drawing room, and a refreshing cider served while we read. Books about Beatrix Potter and a sunny window seat to snuggle up and read were very much appreciated.

Tarn Hows was close by and simply quintessentially English countryside at its best! What truly set this B&B apart was the genuine care and hospitality of the hosts.
