Great location and the estate is well maintained, clean with lots of activities. The house is located a 5 minute walk away from the spa/pool, activity hub and playground including tennis courts.

With Cotswold Water Park reachable in 2.7 km, Reed Warbler - HM111 - Lower Mill Estate Penthouse Apartment with Spa Access offers accommodation, a restaurant, water sports facilities, pool with a view... This is just an amazing place and flat to stay in. Was there to celebrate my sister in law's birthday and Jane (hostess) went out of her way to decorate the flat with birthday decor which was really thoughtful and beautiful. The flat itself has everything you need and extremely comfortable with amazing views. The grounds are exceptional. We loved it and are planning to go back again soon. Thank you Jane for making our stay so memorable.

I spent most of my childhood living near The Laurels, yet never really noticed how beautiful the area was. A fantastic local pub (The Old Fleece) didn't detract from my enjoyment of my stay.

Dating back to the 13th century, Buckland Manor is set in immaculate gardens, featuring croquet lawns and tennis courts. Sumptuous bedrooms have bathrobes, fresh apples and toiletries. Beautiful hotel Beautiful scenery. Staff were phenomenal Went above and beyond.

Set in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside, Charingworth Manor is a 14th-century manor house in 54 acres of grounds, providing the perfect base from which to explore the picturesque area. Breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and efficient and the house and surroundings were beautiful.
