The location is perfect for local walks, from a short ride from Keswick even by bus. The room was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The hotel restaurant is just a delight, the food is absolutely delicious and the breakfast is also top notch. The staff is very friendly and very good in making you feel welcomed and taken care off. I would definitely come back and would definitely recommend it.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the views from our window were picturesque, offering a serene backdrop to our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District, with easy access to roads, trails and lakes. Tarn Hows was close by and simply quintessentially English countryside at its best! What truly set this B&B apart was the genuine care and hospitality of the hosts. Breakfast at the Grasmere Brewery was lovely. I actually liked walking down the street from the cottage for breakfast. We loved Grasmere - the winding streets, the surrounding hills, the shops. I had chosen Grasmere as a place to stay because we wanted to spend a couple of days in the Lake District and I had read that it was one of the prettiest towns. It was exactly what we hoped for. Richard, the proprietor of Lake View Country House, was so nice and helpful in every way. He made us feel comfortable, welcome, and gave us a fantastic recommendation for a day hike near the house, and for restaurants.

Com uma bela localização ribeirinha, o Rydal Lodge Hotel apresenta acomodações elegantes em Lake District, a 3,2 km do centro de Ambleside. The place felt very homely, beautiful and located close to Mount Rydal. Breakfast service is amazing. Mark and Helena are excellent hosts. Highly recommended!

Ees Wyke Country House is an elegant Georgian property in the Lake District, less than 3 miles from the town of Hawkshead. Breakfast was excellent. We loved having afternoon tea and scones in the drawing room, and a refreshing cider served while we read. Books about Beatrix Potter and a sunny window seat to snuggle up and read were very much appreciated.

Com vista para o Lago Windermere, a Lindeth Fell oferece vistas impressionantes e estacionamento gratuito, apenas a 5 minutos do cruzamento do Windermere Ferry Crossing. It was a long drive inside from the main highway but once we reached the place , it was a hidden gem with absolutely stunning views. The breakfast was very nice with fresh ingredients, my husband loved the fresh salmon on his toast and I enjoyed the vegan grilled plate . The view from the restaurant was to die for . We had a lovely stay 😊
