We really liked breakfast, the variability of different stuff. The size of the room was fine, also the lounge and its atmosphere during early evenings.

We had a wonderful stay. In the room there was all we could think of, all well designed. You could cook your own meals. The sourroundings were also fantastic, the farm being quite big, there were places to walk and to play. Magnolia and cherry trees in blossom. The airport, Legoland and Lego House are within 10 mins drive. Guests were international and kids would make friends easily. Two frienly dogs. Other animals happy and well maintained. Very nice and hard working housekeepers and their charming kids. Everything clean and great. I would stay longer if I could. We will come back!

Billund is a small town of 6k people, so very easy to walk around and you're not far from anything you wnat to see.
Multiple supermarkets, bakery and restaurants.
And everywhere you walk, you are reminded that it's the home of Lego!
The superb Lego House is central, with lots of other buildings (not available to public)spread about.
Bus to and from airport can be bit tricky without Danish Kroner.
Lovely town, enjoyable few days there.

Two nights in Billund was plenty to see LEGO House.
Two nights in Billund was plenty to see LEGO House. Our kids were too old to see LEGOland so staying town in was preferable. Good dinners both evenings at local restaurants. Bus to Copenhagen was a breeze, just be sure to book far in advance.

Drinks are very expensive.
Drinks are very expensive. Go to the supermarket and take with you. Resturants charge 35 (£3.50) for tap water. The playline is a fun way to get children walking to each place. Everything is within a 30min walk. Free WiFi in legoland and lalandia. Resturants in town are really not worth the money. The family buffet in legoland was worth the money. Amazing food, free drinks and coffee and ice cream. Lalandia have evening entertainment, so if you are staying in a basic room. I reccomend going there in the evening. You can get a decent meal, soft play is open till 9.30pm (£6 pp) bowling, mini golf, rock-climbing, alpine coaster, singers and stage entertainment.

Legoland was brilliant. We spent two days in the park.
Legoland was brilliant. We spent two days in the park. Friday was during term time so was quiet with no queues. Saturday was very busy.
My kids were at a good age 13 & 8. They were able to gon on everything. They are strict with the height restrictions.
Lalandia Resort is also worth going to situated right across the road from Legoland.
Billund is relatively small and you can walk to most places.
Buses run regularly but some are cash only. They will take euro.
Under 12s travel free.
Mamas restaurant was lovely as was the gastropub in Billund.
We liked the Barrel accommodations. We experienced much rain while visiting and found the tight quarters comfortable. The bathrooms were adequate, but we felt there could be more bathroom facilities for the number of barrels, cabins, RVs, tents, etc. The restaurant was what we expected, sub-par for adults, perfect for children.
Walking distance to Legoland. The bus shuttle between Legoland, the airport, and the town was good. It could run more frequently during the summer months. We would stay here again.
Location excellent for centre of this small town if you want to avoid living in Legoland which is at edge of town by airport. Means you get to check out the handful of local restaurants and shops and live in the real world. Very quiet small town.
Hotel staff very helpful and nice.
Breakfast good.
Storage of luggage available.
Nice hot shower.
Free tea and coffee and nice hot chocolate in rooms.
Walkable to Legoland in 20 minutes.
Lego House can be seen from the hotel.
Adjustable room heating.
Great walk to Legoland and Lalandia.
Good outdoor space to enjoy the sun and good quality air.
The lady of the house (Mrs. Thora) was very nice and helpful. Received our luggage before check-in hour as we had a morning flight.
Authentic location, good to complement the thematic experiences with a danish accommodation - big building was from 1926, guest book from 1985.
Clean.
Good set-up both indoor and the terrace.
Safe.
This is very family friendly hotel and just minutes away (walking) from Lalandia and Legoland.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, shower was good and the kids loved the playroom.
Even though I was travelling alone with the 3 children I felt so relaxed in this trip to Billund. People everywhere are really nice and the hotel staff made our stay really pleasent.
It is a fantastic location, just a 5-minute taxi ride from the airport and within walking distance of Legoland and Lalandia (waterpark, supermarket, restaurants, shops). The room was child-friendly, the breakfast was good, and it was also child-friendly with a game room, etc. The hotel area is quite big and they had treasure hunts for kids.
Beautiful, children friendly place with wonderful Hosts 🙂 Kids were delighted with the playground and farm animals. Airport and attractions such as Legoland, LEGO House and Lalandia can be reached by bus which has a stop 15-minutes walking distance from the Farm. I hope we will have a chance to come back 🙂
We stayed here one night as we were flying out from Billund. We went on a cruise from Kiel, Germany. From Billund Airport we took a Bus to Kolding then train from Kolding to Kiel.
The hotel was a nice place walking distance to the terminal for departure. Billund is expensive since Legoland is there.
The farm was really nice with all the different animals. The owner really catered to kids with two trampolines, a playground, a soccer field, a zipline, pedal go-karts and an indoor ping pong table. Very close to the airport, Lego house and Legoland.
Veey Well located for legoland and Lalandia. Friendly staff and good breakfast/restaurant. Ample parking with bus stop point at hotel with free bus around bilund/ airport every 30 minutes. Decent value compared to the lego hotels.
Very nice location close to Billund airport, Legoland, Legohouse.
