Beautiful location, close to ferry! Nice shower and bath. Large towels. Breakfast was decent but they forgot to put the sausage on the plate and when asked, said they would bring it but had already finished eating before it arrived.

On the morning of our departure the weather was stunning and visitors to Arisaig were sitting on the benches at the waterfront taking in the tranquil scene. Loch Morar must be a superb spot in the summer. Would have considered a boat trip to the Small Isles if we had been staying in the summer. Cafe was good. Real community feeling to Arisaig. Old Library best place to eat. The road from Arisaig to Fort William is stunning.

Excellent area to be based in.
Excellent area to be based in. The scenery and beaches are first class. It is within easy distance to Mallaig, Fort William and many other attractions in the area such as the Jacobite Steam Train and Glenfinnan Railway Viaduct and Monument. Excellent choices of food - highly recommend the restaurant in The Library - first class service and food. Boat trips and ferries leave for the islands at the harbour as well.

The property was located in a idyllic location and is exceptionally clean...the owner was very helpful and friendly...a place never to forget..
You will need a car to enjoy the beautiful surroundings...take the ferry over to the Isle of Skye..The Old Library restaurant on Arisaig needs to be booked in advance, but is worth it...so is the bay opposite..
The only downside is the need to purchase petrol either in Mallig - when they have it or travel an hour to Fort William...

Access in and out of the Village was very easy.
Access in and out of the Village was very easy. It is located on a main road and there is a train station there. Arisaig is a small village that is easy to access. We ate at the Old Library, highly recommended, and the pub, also good specifically when live music is featured. Food ordered from the Seafood Shack was really teriffic and beautifully presented. The little tea room at the harbour provides lovely views and wonderful snacks. The favourite destination is the Visitors' centre offering an in depth history of the are, its residents and some very interesting artifacts.

Beautiful little village with amazing veiws and walks. an outstanding pub the Arisaig hotel where the staff look after you like an old friend and food is fresh. Friday night at the hotel is music night, traditionally played by very talented musicians, not to be missed. Friday's are fresh days, seafood shop and bread shed open the bread was unbelievable best to order ahead
On Saturdays the bread shed turns its skill to wood fired pizzas although we didn't have a chance to try them the word on the street is unmissable.

We loved it!
We loved it!
Daily boat trips to the small isles from Arisaig and wildlife cruises etc available from Mallaig just up the road.
Traigh Golf Course - friendly and challenging (especially when the wind was up!)
Loads of places to walk (or cycle) and there’s a small train station.
Local Spar shop in Arisaig and a bigger Co-op in Mallaig about ten minutes away by car.
Couple of cafes down by the waterfront and dining available in the hotel and restaurant.
We loved the remote location, views of the sea and countryside with a highlight of the deer visiting most days. Cottage is comfortable and well equipped, we loved having a fire of an evening. Dogs had plenty of room to roam and we enjoyed walking to the sea.. Staff very friendly and helpful. The balcony was perfect to sit and relax.
Beautiful local beaches and excellent places to eat in Arisaig and Mallaig. Easy to catch the Harry Potter Train near here to go over that famous viaduct.
We enjoyed stunning views and sunsets from this perfect little pod. It had everything you need for a few nights stay and was spotless inside.
A very cosy little holiday home with a comfy bed and a good sized seating area outside to relax. So peaceful, only the sounds of the birds chattering away. Bliss!
Excellent location for exploring the beautiful stretch of coast from Arisaig to Morar. We will be back!
Family run, perfect location in the centre of the beautiful village of Arisaig.
Lovely peaceful private room with garden view, superbly comfortable, luxurious five star linen and towels. Free WiFi, beverages, hair dryer, fan, area information books.
Restaurant with very varied menu, locally sourced food and beverages.
Delicious breakfast with Scottish flair.
A fabulous stay, thank you David and Penny.
From the first contact with Pete( the owner) I knew we had made the right choice, Pete was friendly and approachable, his knowledge the immediate area around Arisaig, the Highlands and the Islands was helpful and accurate, the room and bathroom was clean warm and dry, we wanted for nothing, breakfast was great Pete knocked us up a full Scottish breakfast, copious amounts of coffee, toast and chat.
It is nicely situated in Arisaig with a great view. It's close to Mallaig which is busier and noisier than Arisaig, so you have a retreat away from the more touristy area. It is a lovely apartment, with a nice kitchen including a washer/dryer. The owners live on site next door & are nice people. Loved the welcome box of chocolates - we would stay again & recommend it to others.
Great location with a beautiful view of the water. Amazing staff who were very friendly. Check in/out were a breeze and the rooms were well equipped. However, the meals were the star of the stay. Some of the best sticky toffee pudding we’ve had during our 8 days in Scotland. Breakfast was equally good, and everybody in our group was able to find something they liked.
The location is ideal, right in the centre of the village, great as a base to explore the area. The breakfast was good and the dinner was excellent with a good range of options and specials. The hosts are very warm and create a relaxed environment. The rooms had been recently refurbished and of a high standard. We were round the back in the annexe and it is very quiet.
Cosy apartment, absolutely spotless and everything we needed was to hand. Gorgeous views and loved the croissants hand delivered by Fr Stanislaw.
Great location for accessing various tourist hotspots like Glenfinnan, sands or Morar, ferry to Skye from Mallaig, Fort William and lovely Arisaig itself.
The best thing was the view of the sea from our window, or was it the smoked kippers for breakfast? Arisaig is a lovely village and the Old Library is right in the middle of it, facing the bay. Watching the sunset through the window at 10pm was great. Food in the restaurant is superb.
Cosy & comfortable with everything we needed for our long weekend in Arisaig, very clean & nicely decorated, we loved the pod & Eilidh was a wonderful host, very happy to help & quick to respond to all messages. Thank you again! We especially liked the surprise breakfast hamper!
This property had everything you needed, everything was so well thought out, almost as if you were staying in someone’s house rather than a rental. We stayed for New Years, perfect location to explore the nearby beaches and right in the heart of Arisaig. We highly recommend
Wonderful place to spend the night, so calm and cozy. Everything is as advertised. The fresh fruits on arrival were much appreciated!
Walking distance (20-30min) from the Arisaig train station if you're traveling with a backpack
I liked how the pod was cosy and it had a great view of the sea too.
The pod also had safe parking on site which I liked and a 20 minute walk to the Arisaig Hotel for dinner :)
