Close to Cosenza Centro station (on the narrow gauge line from Cosenza to Rogliano - a lovely scenic journey in its own right), and close to the old town.
Also, close to cafes and restaurants, and the north end of the long pedestrianised main shopping street
Old Garden is in Cosenza's old town centre, just 5 minutes' walk across the river from Cosenza Cathedral.

The building is old but very interesting. We felt like staying in a museum and we are glad to have had this opportunity to see the inside of such a building. The room and bathroom were spacious but old. Overall the place is nicely decorated. Big kitchen and nice garden. The owners were very helpful, we were picked from and brought to the train station by car.
The location is very interesting, by the old town but close to the new centre, very close to the city gallery with an interesting collection.

Both the old town and new town are extensive, and both are effective working, shopping and eating places. The old town has many interesting architectural features, and I also had dinner in the cathedral square, which was is a location of interesting character. The old town has very steep streets, but if you are fit enough, the effort will be rewarded. I will visit it again to explore it further.

Cosenza's main street is a a vibrant pedestrian only street with great shops and restaurants. The remainder of the city is somewhat run down with the exception of the "old town" which is a great place to visit and wander around.

Cosenza is so close to the mountains, sea, and many wonderful historic towns in the region (like the centro storico of Rende). It's worth at least 5 days to explore it all! The Cosenza Centro Storico is worth a day on its own with the castle. I can't wait to go back and explore the area in more depth!
Excellent location. Steps from Corso Mazzini and 15 minutes to centro storico. Good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Calabria Bella in centro storico. Next to the Duomo.
Responsive host.
If you don't have a car, it's a long walk from the train station (45 minutes). But, it's flat and I did it both ways. Gives you a good look at parts of Cosenza you normally wouldn't see. And it's good exercise. Another option is to take the bus. (get info from host)
This was a great location to explore Cosenza and enjoy the local cuisine. The staff promptly moved us to another room when the AC was not working. They provided ice when requested. They breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices from pastries to hard boiled eggs. And a frosty cup of cappuccino to start the day. The staff was always ready with suggestions from restaurants to local shops for Calabrian specialties.
Beautifully restored building and run by owners. It’s quite a hike to the room with 4 sets of stairs. Luckily the owner was nice enough to help with our bags and this did not affect our review. Thought we would mention in case someone had mobility issues.
Beautiful rooftop patio and hot tub to enjoy the lights of Cosenza at night.
Breakfast was excellent with Michela providing a menu to order.
Little bit difficult to find but the greeting was very good. Room was very good and breakfast was OK. Limited pre packed items with juice, cereal, tea and coffee. Great views from the breakfast room. We were recommended places for an evening meal and went for Cantina Cosentina and it was the best meal of an 18 day Italy road trip. The price for the room and breakfast was amazing. Would recommend.
Fantastic little hotel. Great location clean and friendly. The room is spacious and beautifully presented with a comfortable bed and a nice view out a large window.
The large ensuite has natural light and ventilation via a frosted window. Great shower and all facilities are new and in perfect working condition.
Breakfast is plentiful and the hospitality is superb.
The hostess was exceptional: kind, nice, considerate, cheerful, and helpful. She doesn't speak English but was never tired of answering our questions using a language app. She insisted on offering us a ride to the train station when we were leaving the city. She is part of the best memories of Cosenza!
We had a great stay at Epoca Home. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning on the terrace! Everything was very clean, organized and the staff was friendly and helpful! The location is fantastic in Cosenza right on the pedestrian avenues with lots of shops and restaurants. We would love to stay here again!
The location is perfect with easy parking nearby. Absolutely loved the city view. The building is authentic and well maintained. The host is very welcoming and always trying to help. It really feels like home and is perfect to experience life in Cosenza. I would definitely stay there again.
The location is optimal, being right in the middle of both beautiful old Cosenza and the more modern main street where all the restaurants and night life is. And the room was very comfortable and with a beautiful view out the balcony.
I know where I’ll be staying next time I’m in town…
Great B&B , in a quiet residential area within walking distance to historical old town and main shopping street.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Antonio, the host, was very helpful and provided great tips about Cosenza!
I would strongly recommend Civico27!
This very well located property in Cosenza was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing! Also, the breakfast room had everything. The host was the best! He picked us up at the train station and was available for anything we needed.
A beautiful old-style premise very spacious with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine. Just in the heart of the old Cosenza, served by a close by free parking.
Suggested for long family stays.
I love the interior. Its beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The space is beautiful, and located in the old city of Cosenza. It’s easy to get to everything and the architecture in the area is stunning.
The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. A terrace is a strong point of this place. It is a good place to visit Cosenza beacause the old town and center of the city is easy reachable on foot.
Breakfast was excellent, best so far in Italy. Location was safe and peaceful. Nice walk in the evening to a Japanese run Sushi restaurant where food and service was very good.
