The room was nice. However, I wouldn’t expect additional charges for bathrobe usage (6€ per bathrobe) - the room was already very expensive.

Portorož is the most popular beach resort on Slovenia’s small but undulating coastline. It was first developed as a health resort and several spas remain. The largest is the Terme & Wellness LifeClass Portorož, offering treatments using local products such as salt pan mud, seawater and thermal mineral water.
The huge complex is surrounded by some of the 4 and 5-star hotels available on Booking.com. Nearby is the Hotel Kempinski Palace, a historic property built in 1910 as a retreat for Austro-Hungarian officials. Other Portorož accommodation options include guest houses with pools and beachfront apartments.
The beaches are of course why most people come. The main, sandy beach is awash with colourful parasols in summer, while offshore watersports include diving and water skiing. Boat trips from the marina sail along the coast and even to Venice and Trieste in Italy.
As the temperature cools down, the nightlife heats up as people start hitting the bars and clubs. Several casinos also provide another way to spend some time…and money, and there are also relaxed restaurants where you can enjoy the sunset.
Portorož Airport is just south of the city and in the opposite direction is Piran whose Venetian old town spread over a promontory provides a more cultural offering.
Really great and peacefull in May. People are great, service everywhere was great, food was delicious, drinks great. Prices were okay, expected for a place near the sea and with terme/wellness offer.
It really near other interesting places, like Piran, Izola, Trieste...I recommend visiting by car or renting one and touring around.

Lovely place for long weekend, great place for spring and autumn. We are visiting this place twice a year for very long time. Not the best place for summer vacation, but for long weekend it is one of the best places.

Very nice swimming pools with sea and termal water.
Our food was delicious, especially sea food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed in were very neat and tidy.
Although there were not enough parking spaces, the staff tried very hard to provide us with payable parking.

A very bad experience, from everything that can be said about a hotel that does not respect itself.
We booked a Mosim room, paid in advance and received "another product",
Although there was a lack of reference, and the answer was
"Sorry. Although you did not receive the room you paid for and booked a month ago,
The hotel is full and you are welcome to stay in the room even though it is bad and not suitable for the reservation. Unprofessionalism, indifference and disdain even though they realized they were wrong,
And they didn't try to solve the problem they had. We paid full price, and we did not receive the product (a room that did not match our wishes and conditions) and we did not even receive a refund for the difference between the room we ordered and the room we received.

A beautiful resort- we went in September.
A beautiful resort- we went in September. An unknown gem to British tourists. I imagine too crowded in main summer months. The area is stunning- short bus ride to Piran- which is beautiful and interesting. Swimming in the Adriatic is wonderful.
Marija seemed very nice even though her level of English was very minimal.
You are in the center of many locations. Easy walk to the center of portoroz and piran (although the way back is a bit of a climb). Free parking is nice.
The place was very clean. Cooking equipment is there and works.
Supermarket is a 3 minute walk away.
The company through which this property is hosted was very good with communication and seemed very helpful/engaged.
Compliments to the staff first and foremost (@Mrs. Ana Katerina). Have received immediate attention and solution when addressing emergency dental problem on the moment of my arrival. Despite modesty, still found it as exemplary professional conduct. Thanks! Room was cool with satisfactory space. So was the hotel and location amidst Portoroz buzz.
Breakfast buffet was lush !
The hotel was a very good choice. The half-board had a variety of dishes, the kitchen was excellent. The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned perfectly. Free and safe parking. The location is excellent, close to Piran and a pleasant walk to central Portoroz. The view of the sea from the wellness was amazing. We will come again. 💯
Location of the Hotel is excellent, it is a good value to book a bit more expensive room to reside on the top. I understand it is not a business hotel but basic coffee/tea services should be available in the room. Modern light controls and internet were really good, no blind spots. Friendly and professional staff.
Lovely place. Slightly hidden , but with the views to make up for it. And staff to make your holiday/hotel feel like home away from home, but better.
Lovely bathrooms, rooms rooms and amazing beds+bedding.
And a sweet massage chair to help get some of that travel stress off your muscles.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in the very center of Portoroz, but Piran is also reachable by walking. The room was a bit small, but just for sleeping is okay. The breakfast was perfect and offered various choices. Parking on the spot is also perfect.
The location of the hotel is great, very close to the sea. They had a parking with an electric car charging station, which was a big plus for me. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast has exceeded my expectations, lots of food variety.
We had a great time at Kempinski. The hotel is beautiful, the buffet breakfast is open until noon, which is a nice touch. The pool and the beach are great, the bar and the restaurant is also superb, the overall experience is real 5 star.
Reception and Concierge service were exceptionally friendly and helpful in providing advise on what to do in the area. Food at the hotel restaurant Fleur de Sel was outstanding. Breakfast buffet selctions were extraordinary.
The place is in the center of Portoroz. With easy and private parking. The apartment is comfortable and the host very kind. All furniture is new and everything is very clean. In a word, perfect. Many thanks to the host.
Excellent apartment, very comfortable for a family of 4, relatively close to the center of Portoroz. The owner was very helpful and thoughtful. Great that everything needed in the kitchen or bathroom was available.
Perfect place to stay in Portorož. The view is stunning and the hotel offers everything you need. We got free parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast was so good. And you have few minutes walk to the center.
The location between Piran and Portoroz was perfect, a nice 20 minute walk to each and yet a nice space where hotel was. The staff at the desk were wonderful and helpful and breakfast was excellent.
I like the fact that the mini bar first round is already included in room price so are the coffee tabs for the coffee machine.
Also it was very nice to have a proper bartender at the hotel bar.
The room was spacious, little bit old fashioned but clean. The price was still ok compared to other hotels in Portoroz. We had very nice view from the balcony.
for 6 person we actually got an apartman with 2 rooms, clima mashine was great. The dinner was in a 5 stars hotel, which always was delicious and wide range
Second stay here, travelled through Hungary/Slovenia to reach Portoroz, well worth the trip. Nice to see the hotel standards were as good as our last visit.
