I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The location was very close to the airport which was nice. I didnt get to explore the hotel as much but I enjoyed the interior design. My room was clean and spacious. I appreciate the mini market with snacks and refreshments. Expanding that area would be nice.

No bottled water in the room
Extra charge for wifi, when I called customer serive for help I was told the guy was. too busy doing his audit to help me.
Left my watch charger in the room, reported that but never heard back
When I turned my HYBRID car into valet parking it ha more than a full tank of gas. When I picked it up next day it less than full. reported to the hote, not their problem beacuse it's a contracted out servied. Contacted the valet company, but no replay in 5 days.

Very Polite and friendly staff, Jesus is a versatile front desk officer who makes sure expectations are met at all times. In general they've got one of the best Hotel staff collection I've come across in America. Breakfast was good by all standards and hygiene as the order of the day. Its a peaceful place to stay.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel/motel. False advertisement at its finest ! The pictures on the website are NOTHING like what the room really is. There were flying bugs in the sink. The lights didnt work when they did finally work they were dim then when the train went by they would flicker. The wifi did not work. Staff didn’t know what to do when I called. The breakfast was not what was displayed on the site either. Very disappointed.

I think that the owner of this accommodation changed her mind about the rental. Unfortunately, I thought the problem was a very limited check-in time of between 5 and 6 p.m. I tried to change the time, but since I was driving 400 miles during a rain storm on the West Coast, it wasn't possible to get there within the time allotted. When I tried to call the owner, she told me that the booking had been cancelled. I'm not quite sure what went wrong, but it was an unpleasant experience.

Such a pretty area!
Such a pretty area! Lots of green belts with walking trails and parks. The Spectrum shopping plaza is gorgeous! Ice skating, merry go round and Ferris wheel as well as unique climbing structure for kids, lots of great places to eat and shop in luxurious surroundings. The Santa train and village at the regional park was adorable but you need to buy tickets for the train in advance and they sell out quickly.

This LaQuinta should be demolished!
This LaQuinta should be demolished! I’m sure everyone that stays there, NEVER will be a returned customer. Read other reviews by guests. The toilet ran constantly, had to turn valve off at night. Bed cover had stains. The entry door did not lock tight, had to brace door shut with a chair. They left one regular coffee in the room. Coffee unit was not used by us because of uncleanliness.. We felt like we were lied to by the rating on the internet and the misleading photos. We booked quickly on line and didn’t read the reviews until we were checked in to the room. PLEASE, people stay away! Husband had to put towel on the bottom of the entry door because the gap was big enough for mice and other critters to come walking in. Worst night ever in a hotel !
I stayed in this hotel before when it was Candlewood Suites. Since then the property was renovated, and probably they replaced the furniture. I had kitchenette room with microwave, stove and full size refrigerator. The room was very clean and the bed was great. The staff was more friendly than before. There is also a gym in the hotel with many machines, but I did not use that. So in general it would be a great value hotel for travelers, especially for staying for 2-4 days. There is also a nice paved walking/bicycle trail to enjoy.
I have been a guest at this hotel on three occasions. Its proximity to SNA airport makes it an ideal choice for brief overnight stays. The bar is excellent, although the food does not meet the same standard. While the rooms are tidied, there is an odd sensation that they aren't truly clean, possibly due to a lingering damp odor. The nights are peaceful, but the parking policy is frustratingly inconvenient, as it doesn't accommodate multiple entries and exits.
The owner provides a good accommodation environment, parking is available, and the environment is novel. I recommend it to Irvine as an option for business trip accommodation (more than three days). The price is very reasonable and affordable. The only drawback is that the accommodation is in an apartment. You need to go to the local area to get the key for the first time. It took quite a while to get in!
The breakfast had a great selection and they kept things well-stocked. The staff were such a pleasure to work with. I love that the location was central to major attractions in Irvine. Linens are washed with bleach and seemed fresh.
Close to airport but needed a shuttle due to large highway in between the airport and hotel. Needed to call the shuttle from the pick up point. However shuttle drivers in time and friendly.
Everything was great!! No complaints! Very clean. Everyone was really nice abs helpful! The location and being able to walk to the Irvine Spectrum Center was awesome!
