The staff was wonderful, especially the breakfast team! All so frieendly and caring - the perfect way to start the day. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We walked to the Australian Open every day. It was an excellent stay!

Enjoy some of the best views in Melbourne CBD, from the heated rooftop swimming pool at Hotel Grand Chancellor Melbourne. Great location, super walkable to food, transit, and sights. Breakfast was great, didn't use the pool or gym. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Apartment with a balcony facing Lonsdale was absolutely wonderful. Shower was new and modern. Washer/Dryer was a nice convenience. Parking at the nearby garbage for 24 hours was affordable and easy to use with the keypad/pin number provided by the front desk.
