Located in a historic 19th century landmark building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, the boutique Treasury on Collins offers self-contained accommodation, well-positioned for trams, buses and taxis. We had a room with a balcony which was fantastic. Very quiet and clean. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch as was the happy hour each afternoon. The buffet breakfasts were really good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and special mention should be made of Haries who checked us in went out of his way to make our stay perfect.

Located within a heritage icon, InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto encapsulates the glamour, grace and grandeur of history past. Everyone was very nice, very helpful. They were very very accommodating. We were very impressed!!

From the moment we spoke to the lovely staff at reception to the moment we departed we were overwhelmed by the customer service the staff gave us. We experienced High Tea and again the service from the lovely staff was impeccable and the food was absolutely beautifully presented and lovely and fresh.

The Westin Melbourne is conveniently located in Melbourne CBD, just 2 minutes' walk from Federation Square, Flinders Street and Bourke Street Mall. The room view was great over the central city. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable and the overall central Melbourne CBD and theatre district location was brilliant for us.
