The hotel is in the most interesting and busy area of Shanghai. Both the concierge part and the reception part are 10. Very humane and close treatment. One of the best hotels without a doubt. 100% recommended. In the face of any slight inconvenience they are here to help, even with personal means. The Chinese are special. My greatest respects. As a result I was happy to live in one of the best hotels I have ever been with an exceptional view of the City!!! Many thanks to the bosses who lead this wonderful staff team!!!
