My stay overdelivered. The facilities are great, the breakfast as well. My room was on the 24th floor and the view was amazing. But most importantly after checking out I managed to lose my bag with the passport, but Richard and Paul from concierge managed to get it back and allow me to board my flight. Richard and Paul, thank you, you are the best.

Excellent service mind, we stayed 5 nights, after first 3 nights we were roaming to Hangzhou and drop some luggages with the hotel they are supportively and we come back again another 2 nights. They are great service Reception/ Conceice / and even House keeper. I definitely come back to stay. It’s a good location near Nanjing road

난징루(Nanjing Road) 보행가에 위치한 Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing Road는 편리한 입지를 자랑하며, 세기광장(Century Square)을 내려다보고 있습니다. ‘국제 건축 박람회(International Architectural Exposition)’로 알려진 와이탄 및 상하이 인민광장이 숙소와 인접해 있습니다. All in this hotel was fantastic, the room eas fully equiped and clean with high level facolities and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very goods with wide range of food, and the location was on the beutifull Nanjing road and also close to the Metro. What was most impressive was the staff - they gave us the best service ever, especially King and Elli which got out of their way to help us when we asked - i will most defenetly make this my permenent location on every visit i take in Shanghai and recommend all to visit and enjoy the hotel and the crew. Rising up along the bustling East Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the gorgeous 66-storey Conrad Shanghai is one of Shanghai’s landmarks in the city centre. the bed was comfortable. nice view of the city from room. supportive staff. good location, good access to metro as well as the tourist area.
