Featuring a fitness centre, a restaurant as well as a bar, Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road, an IHG Hotel is located in the centre of Shanghai, 300 metres from Pedestrian Street of East Nanjing Rd..... My stay overdelivered. The facilities are great, the breakfast as well. My room was on the 24th floor and the view was amazing. But most importantly after checking out I managed to lose my bag with the passport, but Richard and Paul from concierge managed to get it back and allow me to board my flight. Richard and Paul, thank you, you are the best.

Conveniently located at Nanjing Road pedestrian street, the Holiday Inn Shanghai Nanjing Road is overlooking the Century Square, adjacent to the People Square and The Bund, known as the “International... All in this hotel was fantastic, the room eas fully equiped and clean with high level facolities and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very goods with wide range of food, and the location was on the beutifull Nanjing road and also close to the Metro. What was most impressive was the staff - they gave us the best service ever, especially King and Elli which got out of their way to help us when we asked - i will most defenetly make this my permenent location on every visit i take in Shanghai and recommend all to visit and enjoy the hotel and the crew.
