Soothing interiors with pleasant design, comfy and soft bed (another not given in China), clean towels and nice toiletries provided for free. I hope they keep this place fresh and crisp as time goes by. AC was never needed, even when outside was chilly. It is very well insulated. Also my room was facing the street, but I could never hear a peep. Slept like a baby. Staff was nice enough. Hotel manager enquired about how my stay was, In outmost kind manner. Totally recommended. I would be back, absolutely.

Oh wow, what didn't I like??? This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff goes above and beyond at every oppurtunity, treating everyone like royalty. The rooms were immaculate. The in-room dining was DELICIOUS, the BEST I've had at any hotel and I have *LIVED* in 8 countries.The building decor is stunning. If you need anything, someone is there 24/7 with an eager spirit to help!

Radisson Collection Hotel, Xing Guo Shanghai is the perfect addition to this curated collection. Breakfast food was good, but the room is too loud. Otherwise all good.

El Twelve at Hengshan, A Luxury Collection Hotel, está ubicado en Shanghái, en Hengshan Road, a 3 minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Hengshan Road. I’ve stayed at 12 Hengshan a few times before it was under the IHG umbrella - it is still the best hotel in Shanghai. The location is great (if you want an authentic Shanghai experience) and the rooms are large and comfortable. I arrived at 10am and they let me check in then! Wow this has never happened before - it saved me from having to kill time before check in of 2pm! Also the reception girls were very helpful with my internet issues!

The staff are very helpful and also speak English.
