The property itself is situated just a short walk from Nova Icària Beach, offering convenient access to the beautiful seafront promenade. It's in a fantastic location, not only for its proximity to the beach but also for being surrounded by delightful restaurants and convenient supermarket shops. This made dining out and grabbing necessities a breeze, enhancing the overall convenience of my stay. Set within the Sant Martí district in Barcelona, Comtal homey apartments has air conditioning, a patio, and mountain views. Apartment was very clean. Location is great as well. Close to the beach, city tour bus stop and metro station. Many restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Manager brought keys in time and was very helpful.

31TILB1041 Magnific Apartment in Villa Olímpica is set in the Sant Martí district of Barcelona, 1 km from Mar Bella Beach, 1.1 km from Port Olimpic and 2.2 km from Santa Maria del Mar. Staff were always helpful and quick to reply to my questions. Staff met us at the apartment, got us checked in early (as our flight landed early morning), showed us around and left a welcome pack. Lovely staff, great service. Beach was a few minutes walk. We could view the sea from the apartment living room. Supermarket, cafes, restaurants within 5 minute walk. Metro about 10 minute walk. Apartment was in great location and quiet
