I stayed there for 7 days and during the whole stay the staff made sure that all of our needs and wishes are fulfilled. The selection of food was great, with different plates being rotated for the morning buffet and the dinner. The staff was very friendly and positive, and all of them spoke very good English. I found the complementary airport transfer very useful and reassuring, especially as it was my first time in Ethiopia. The rooms are very spacious, the beds comfortable allowing for great sleep. The hotel is spotless with hygiene on highest level! A lot of the main attractions in Addis are in 30-40 min walk, and there are some of the best coffee places in the city in 15 min radius!

The staff are friendly and very helpful -my arrival flight was severely delayed, but the agent waited for me patiently; I also accidentally left a few items in my room's wardrobe, but the staff kept them for me to collect a day after :-) The food was good, and although it's central, it's also quiet at night.
