We stayed here for the second time, and it was excellent! The breakfast is very good and there’s a variety of options, so if you stay for a week, you won’t get bored of the food. We also used a dry cleaning option, they take your clothes in the morning and give it back in the evening. The charge for a big coat was 38 GEL, and the job was done super well!!

The staff overall was the best part of this hotel. Super friendly and helpful with good English. You don’t get the feel of staying at the hotel and it was more like staying with local people and experience the real Georgia. And the location was great as well. In a very lovely neighborhood to just walk around the hotel and explore the city, close to the freedom square and national museum and museum of fine arts and art galleries. 20 mins walk to Meidan Bazar and the Peace bridge and the cabin cars. The hotel was super clean and nicely decorated.

The view was just amazing, so balcony is a great addition to the room. Also, the rooms were very clean and the staff was super helpful. The guy at the reception (Giga) tried to accommodate all the additional request. Also, the lady at the breakfast (Mara) was super kind and always ready to help. Also, the breakfast was good and included various dishes over the 5 days we ate there. All in all, lovely experience and very hospitable hotel. I would stay here again

Very helpful staff (upgraded my room) and a nice comfortable new place. If you're coming on foot it's maybe worth realising that it's up a bit of a hill (though the view is worth it I'd say). The minibar was quite expensive, though I suppose that's to be expected : )
