Hotel Milù boasts an unbeatable location in the heart of Florence's historical centre and offers beautiful views of the city and the hills from the rooftop terrace. The staff is very helpful and communicative, a cheerful group of enthusiastic ladies who make you feel welcome. The rooms are really comfortabele, spacy enough and the bed has a great mattress. As my room was on the inside, it was very quiet, ideal for a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet covers everything you can possibly wish for, and when entering the area, you get the choice if you'd like some eggs in any specific way, or pancakes, which are the best choice to my taste. Oh, and the minibar is for free, another great plus! The location is top of the bill as well: everything is at walking distance.

Al Palazzo del Marchese di Camugliano is set in a 16th-century building with original frescoes and a charming internal garden. The palazzo was beautiful and the staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Right on the River Arno very close to Ponte Vecchio and walking distance from the Santa Maria Novella Train station and all sights to see. The room was large and clean and an overall fresh feeling. It had a view of the courtyard. The shower was simply amazing. Guest services were professional and very efficient.
