The desk staff when we were there were super lovely and helped us with taxis, finding things etc. The room was so large and lovely. Free yogourts and water - simple but very appreciated. Thank you! Most comfortable bed so far, mid-way through my 3 week euro trip. Breakfast is more than adequate and served by one of the most cutest and welcoming lady in all of Naples. After hours/late check in without issues and with clear and concise instructions. I would of stayed here longer if timing permitted. Highly recommend.
