We saw three employees at the front desk during our stay. All three were polite and helpful with our questions. Roberta gave us terrific recommendations. For our first visit to Naples, we chose a great location by staying here. We walked in every direction. The Metro was nearby for getting to the train station after check out. We arrived by ferry and left by train. Both were convenient to the hotel location. We didn't mind the steps to the lobby. We like steps. It was nice to be a little bit away from the busy streets of Naples.
