The staff were freindly and helpful. They helped with our questions about Napoli. The service was great they had coffee, snacks and water, always available. The location was in the town center 10 min walk to port and 5 min walk from a metro station.

The staff spoke very well English and Italian. customer service was 10 on 10. we left our bags with them on our last day to go shopping around Naples and they were so kind to keep our bags for us even though we had already checked out. we will definitely be back to hotel Matilde. grazie Napoli! see you very soon!

We really enjoyed our stay, clean room & bathroom, comfortable bed, and the breakfast was perfect! Very helpful and knowledgeable staffs. Perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere.

Hotel Golden nudi moderan smeštaj sa besplatnim bežičnim internetom i LCD TV-ima sa satelitskim kanalima. Smešten je na tek nekoliko koraka od luke i glavne ulice za kupovinu u Napulju. The location was perfect. The ladies on reception where exceptional and went over and above to help us including my gluten intolerance.

Hotel Principe Napolit'amo nalazi se na odličnom mestu u samom srcu Napulja uz pešački bulevar Via Toledo. Ovaj elegantno uređeni hotel, smešten u zgradi iz 16. Nice big rooms. Clean. The staff was great, very helpful and positive. It is in the middle of the busy shopping part of town. It may look a little sketchy when you 1st enter the large door, but it's not at all. Take elevator to floor 1 and the registration desk is thru the white door. We felt very safe. It has an AC in room which was great! Breakfast is included, decent basic food.

With an on-site bar and free WiFi throughout, Hotel Lanfipe Palace provides elegant accommodation in a 19th-century building in central Naples. Toledo Metro Station is 60 metres away. The staff was fantastic. We saw three employees at the front desk during our stay. All three were polite and helpful with our questions. Roberta gave us terrific recommendations. For our first visit to Naples, we chose a great location by staying here. We walked in every direction. The Metro was nearby for getting to the train station after check out. We arrived by ferry and left by train. Both were convenient to the hotel location. We didn't mind the steps to the lobby. We like steps. It was nice to be a little bit away from the busy streets of Naples.
