They were cleaning the rooms and changing the towels every day. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even if it is situated away of the city center - about 25 minutes with the metro, it is in an neighborhood with italian people, with a nice athmosphere where you feel safe on the streets. On the way from the metro station, is a very nice and cosy bar with delicious cocktails and free snacks.

Enjoy Naples in its chaotic splendour, and retreat to the residential area in the surrounding hills, where the Ranch Palace provides comfortable, elegant accommodation overlooking the Bay and Mount... The hotel and staff were amazing. They were friendly and helpful. My mother uses a cane and they did everything to make it easier for her to get around including a room on a lower floor. The restaurant was amazing and the waiters were the best And bent over backwards to help.

U ulici iza apartmana ima besplatan parking, naš auto je stajao nekoliko dana. Apartman je na prvom katu, pogled na ulicu ali je dobro izoliran, buka prometa ne smeta. U apartmanu imate sve što treba i vlasnik je ljubazan i na usluzi. Sve pohvale.

It was super clean and very comfortable. The metro station wasn’t too far. The host Rafael was super friendly and extremely helpful. He made sure our stay was an enjoyable one,, which it was. There was a bowl of fruits to welcome us and there were other snacks too. Rafael even got his friend to drive us to Amalfi Coast at a very reasonable price. In short, we had an excellent stay and we will come back again to enjoy Rafael’s friendship and his warm hospitality.
