The lady who greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful, providing us with a map of the area and suggestions of where we should visit. The room was clean and tidy. The location is good, in a quiet area but only a short walk to a square with restaurants and a 15 minute walk into the city centre.

The apartment was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, all main sights in the city were within reasonable walking distance. There was plenty of breakfast available even for our dietary preferences. The host was very friendly and helpful - could not have asked for better. We had a most enjoyable stay.

This was a very spacious and clean property - perfect for our group of six. In addition, it included a washer and dryer - unusual in many units and very much appreciated.

Virginia was an excellent host. Very kind, friendly. She could only speak to me in Italian but it was easy to understand her and she spoke very slowly. She provided everything I needed within the first 5 minutes, very easy check-in. Breakfast had lots of options - I am gluten intolerant so I could only have the juice, yogurt, and fruits, but that was enough for me since I don't eat a lot of breakfast. I didn't have the croissants as a result, but they looked fresh. She also makes you coffee, cappucinno, and/or tea.

A 15-minute walk to the Arena of Verona, Il Relais dell’Abbazia offers spacious, country-style rooms set in a former Benedectine complex. It features a furnished garden, and free Wi-Fi. A lovely B&B located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes away from the Old City, right near the St. Zeno Cathedral. Quite a few nice restaurants and bars very close by, but notably less tourists. The room is spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, although surprisingly firm at first. Breakfasts in the beautiful garden are a treat. In fact, we loved it so much that we stayed a week instead of one night.
