Couldn't have been more impressed with our stay. The staff was very helpful in bringing luggage up into our room and, on the way out, taking care of our mobile wifi and calling a taxi. So thoughtful, so clean, and we even ordered a pizza from the restaurant downstairs that was very solid. The location was close to Akihabara station, walkable-ish to Ginza, and in the heart of a lot of the action. Overall, a fantastic stay for my wife and me.

Unobstructed view of Mt Fuji from the dining area. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Staff are welcoming, professional and always courteous. Location is wonderful for those who want to explore the city, with four metro lines stopping at Otemachi. Weekends can be quiet (and offer less options for eating outlets within walking distance) but it's much better than the hectic downtown neighborhoods.

Oakwood Premier Tokyo is a luxury serviced apartment with hotel-like services, located at just a 2-minute walk from JR Tokyo Station’s Yaesu North Exit. The staff at Oakwood Premier are incredibly supportive and welcoming. The room exceeded my expectations from its pictures. I especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness of the room is consistently superb, thanks to the attentive housekeeping service. Lawson, the grocery store, is conveniently located just 4 meters away from the main entrance. The complimentary 24-hour coffee in the lobby was a delightful bonus. Thank you, Oakwood Premier, for a fantastic stay—I'll definitely be returning.

Situated right in the heart of Marunouchi business district, Palace Hotel Tokyo is 5-star luxury accommodation boasting 7 restaurants, a spa and a free-access fitness centre and indoor swimming pool. The location is excellent. Apart from being convenient to visit a lot of places in Tokyo, it’s a great experience to jog around the imperial palace, which is just next to the hotel.
