The room was really nice and clean with a really cool view of the city being on the 10th floor. Staff were super helpful when organising transport or following up on our queries.

Not too mention cool amenities like Nespresso machine & L’ocittane. We’re one big group of family & friends, can’t tell u each stories bcos it will be very long but everyone was super happy with the service. Intercontinental Coex should be proud of their awesome teams. Keep it up! we’ll definitely coming back for more.

When booking I was not sure if access to both pools was included, it turned out that it was. the pools work like in other hotels in Seoul - sessions of 1-1:20 with a break of 20 minutes. twice a day there are sessions for adults only.
