Thank you to Simo and the whole staff who went above and beyond to make my experience with my family memorable, providing impeccable service throughout my stay ! The highlight was undoubtedly the exquisite Moroccan culinary offerings at the riad. The gastronomic journey was a treat for the senses, with each dish showcasing the rich flavors and authenticity of Moroccan flavors. From the aromatic tagines to the delightful pastries, every meal was a delight. We booked this riad for three nights and I can honestly say now it was the best stay during our trip. The location of Riad is very good: you can easily reach both Medina for touristic walk or the lively street to go somewhere by taxi. The patio does not look gloomy as in many other similar riads thanks to the transparent roof. The breakfasts were complex and diverse. The sunny terrace with the beatiful view included too. And, of course, I have to mention the hospitality of Mustafa and other members of the hotel team who were ready to help us any time of the day and who made our staying in Fes so lovely. Thank you guys!

We had a fantastic stay and I consider it to be the best hotel in Fes. It certainly has the best location of the top hotels in Fes as it is only a 5 minute walk to the main gate of the medina and there are restaurants even closer than that. We were upgraded to a junior suite and treated like royalty by all the staff. A particular thank you to the General Manager, the young lady at the front desk, the concierge and 2 staff at breakfast time. For the last 2 mornings the 2 dining room staff specially laid out a table for us as there was a large group at the buffet. Our poolside room was very quiet, very spacious and comfortable. We parked our car outside the hotel and it was safe. It was easy to drive to the hotel despite some travel blogs saying Fes is a difficult to place drive in.

Cheimea and the other girls recived us really good, with a good tea and a snack. Then she spend long time explaining us about the city and sending us all the information we needed. The room was perfect and really confortable. The best part was the long and deep conversation we had with Cheimea. We shared and we laught during three ours that looked as 5 minutes. Again, thanks for everything, we’ll come back to visit you!! PD: the breakfast was amazing!
