The staff were very friendly and offered us recommendations of places to visit around Lisbon, how to use the metro system and whether using Lisboa card/Viva Viagem card was a good idea for certain places. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of fresh food, tea and coffee available. The room was clean and spacious with a good street view. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s only a short walk to the Arc de Rua Augusta and Rossio Square, I would highly recommend it for people looking to be in the center with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

I have traveled alone many times and I have stayed in many hotels in Europe and none compares to the Blue Liberdade hotel in Lisbon! Absolutely everything about the hotel was perfect, the location, the service, the size of the room, everything was always impeccable and I was especially surprised when they explained me that I had free coffee, water, wine and sweets every day at my disposal! Everything was amazing, but what impressed me the most was the staff, every person I interacted with was incredible, everyone helped me with information, advice and took the time to recommend the best tours, shops, activities…even one of the girls helped me get a reservation at the restaurant in front of the hotel which was always full with a queue to get in and when i asked for help the girl immediately got up, went to the restaurant herself, talked to the manager and got me a table for that very night, I couldn't believe it!! Thank you very much for making my trip to Lisbon a thousand times better than I could have ever imagined! I have already recommended the hotel to several people and it is 100% a fact that when I return to Portugal I will go to Lisbon and stay with you again!! I had never written a review before but this time I couldn't wait to get home to sit down and write how amazing my experience was!! I will remember Lisbon for many reasons, since it is a spectacular city and one of them will be because of this hotel! It should add that after Lisbon I went to other cities and the hotels I stayed in have no comparison, in fact I missed my stay in Lisbon! thank you so much!
