The Hotel Alif Campo Pequeno is being renovated, but will remain open. There will be noise from Monday to Saturday and holidays from 9am to 7pm. Location was excellent, metro, park & theatre with underground small shopping centre with food courts just across the road ( with underground parking lot) , cafes and continente supermarket beyond the theatre). Room was with lots of space, newly renovated, user friendly new light switches, air conditioning with more than enough warm air during chilly nights. Room was quiet though renovation work going at daytime except holiday, the noises was not loud in my room. The room was backyard view, with distance from opposite buildings. The bathroom's big sink was all ceramic made, very rare in nowadays hotels. There was bell boy open the door for you.

This hotel features a sauna, just across the street from Entrecampos Metro Station. It serves a breakfast buffet which includes fresh juice, preserves and gourmet coffee. Room was really clean and nice. Hotel has a perfect position if you arrive by plane. There is a bus stop in front of hotel and metro 5 minutes walk away. Hotel staff is extremely polite and helpfull. We were on our honeymoon and they gifted us a bottle of expensive champagne with cakes. Good hotel!
