From the moment I checked-in, I felt welcome, and I have to mention the very attentive staff, especially in the breakfast room. They made sure you never ran out of (well-made) coffee and juice , and if you wanted something else than from the buffet, They would offer you a variety of choises from the menu. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. The room was lovely and at my arrival there was a bottle of water and a plate of pastel de nata. Really nice. I was quite surprised that I had a seaview in the distance from my room on the 3rd floor. The crown in the juvel was the rooftop terrace with heated pool, bar and nice lounge music. I will definately return to Renaissance hotel another time.

Everything about this hotel was so considered - the moment we checked in we knew we were in for a treat. From the architecturally designed rooms and furniture to the delicious breakfast served fresh every day, we cannot fault this place. The staff were so friendly and helpful - we had a 5am checkout and they stayed up to pack a hot coffee and pastry for our trip to the airport.

Palace Museum Espaço Palmeiras is classified as a Monument of recognized municipal interest. Awarded the “Estrela de Ouro de Excelência”, it sits at the historic center of the city of Porto. Incredible stay at the Palace. Maria and Diana took wonderful care of us. The building is beautiful and interesting. The rooms are relaxing.

The hotel is very nice, we loved the room! The shower is very nice and large size, and the bed is huge and comfortable. WE had the breakfast, it was a great selection and worth the cost. Hotel Cristal Porto is a new 4-star hotel in a central location in Porto. Set right next to Lapa Church, the hotel is 900 metres from Aliados Avenue. Stuff was really kind and helpful. Had a tiny complain for bathroom cleaning and they made it up perfectly after, personal apology, gift and super kind behavior, highly appreciated and exceptional customer service. Perfect hotel😍

What a beautiful little gem! I loved the homeland my kids were amazed and really enjoyed it. I can't believe it's considered to be only a two star hotel. We stayed there for Christmas and just being in the room was already great. Great bed, great design with high ceilings that are beautifully decorated and as a bonus a beautiful large terrace with a beautiful city view. We will be definitely coming back to this hotel.
