Jæja. the staff was very helpful and respectful. the location is good, lots of restaurants and shopping facilities nearby, yet in a quiet street. (taxi to the Haram Mosque is not too expensive either ~20sar with Bolt) the room was well equipped, spacious and clean. i had an amazing time here gladly recommend!

Understands Arabic mostly.but English also. I stayed it when there was very few people there so I liked that atmosphere. I have a car with me so I haven't had the problem moving here and there. And have no idea about taxis and buses to Haram.

Very friendly, helpful, and nice receptionists I didn't have contact with other people from the hotel staff because of my short stay, but in the future whenItravelto Makka , I would like to stay in Elaf Bakkah .
