From other reviews, I understood this was going to be the right place to stay and didn't defraud me. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. Very new quality hotel, confortable beds and pillows, good linen, very confortable quite room. The hotel is in one the busiest areas of Bangkok and yet you can't hear the traffic noise neither any noise from other rooms, corridor, etc.. something that most older 5 star hotels right in Sukhumvit rd fails. Professional and well trained staff with good English skills, it was always easy to communicate and get things done. It was our wedding anniversary, and we were spoiled with a nice room decoration and a sweet treat inside the fridge (courtesy of the hotel and well delivered from housekeeping). Walking distance there are a number of very good restaurants, to name some : "The Local", "Baan Khanitha", "El Toro", etc.. We didn't try the breakfast as we usually skip it, so we can't comment on that, we did try the fancy rooftop bar, and we liked the ambiance and views. It's totally recommended.

It is located in the quiet street, next to many cafees, malls and restaurants. Perfect place to stay if you appreciate japanese minimalistic high-quality design and a peaceful environment. Very comfortable beds. Japanese toilet was a great bonus. Great restaurant. It's a place to have a peaceful and quiet time in the chaotic city. Really enjoyed our stay.

Das in der Sukhumvit Road gelegene August Residence erwartet Sie 10 Gehminuten vom Sky-Train-Bahnhof Prompong entfernt. Freuen Sie sich auf ein Restaurant und kostenfreies WLAN. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits aber in Nähe der aller wichtigen Verkehrsverbindungen, so dass alles sehr gut erreichbar ist. Der Trubel der Großstadt bleibt aber etwas fern, so dass man sich wohlfühlen kann, wenn man sich ausruhen möchte.. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Ich komme gern wieder.
