It is located in the quiet street, next to many cafees, malls and restaurants. Perfect place to stay if you appreciate japanese minimalistic high-quality design and a peaceful environment. Very comfortable beds. Japanese toilet was a great bonus. Great restaurant. It's a place to have a peaceful and quiet time in the chaotic city. Really enjoyed our stay.

Located at Sukhumvit Road, August Residence is a 10-minute walk to Prompong Sky Train Station. It offers a restaurant and free WiFi access. This was my second time staying at August Residence. Everything was wonderful: staff, room, location and that lovely peaceful feeling the place has. Can't wait to be back!

There are so many food vendors , coffee shops, and massage places nearby. Pad thai nooodel ans fried rice shop next to the hotel is very nice and so cheap. Emsphere mall is only 3 mins walk. Not too far to BTS station. The room is nice and spacious. Bed is a bit hard but good to sleep. Very nice pillows. The area is safe to walk around for solo woman traveller day and night.

We absolutely loved the location - steps from the sky train, excellent connection to the airport, connected to the shopping mall with an amazing food court. The romm was big with an amazing view, bathtubs and the best; Mini bar was included.

Book this hotel as we need to get an early breakfast, indeed , it starts at 6am, and its breakfast spread is good and delicious. Fortunate to got a free update to executive suite for 2 units. Each and every staff are warm and courteous. Location is very good too.
