I would like to thank Avani staff from the bottom of my heart for being so patient, kind and helpful throughout the whole time to help me with the lost item, safekeeping it from the driver until we could pick up up. I truly appreciate the hospitality and extra effort Avani went to, and I wasn’t worried because after just 3 days with them I trusted they would help me. the staff are amazing, they represent Thai hospitality at its best. Pls give my regards to Best, really the best concierge and most helpful staff. I am grateful for a wonderful holiday spent at Avani. Superb 5-star stay; if I could I would give it 6 or 7 stars. My daughter and I loved staying in Bangkok there. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We always felt welcome and safe by the staff. The infinity pool at the top is the star of the show, offering spectacular views of the river as far as the eye can see. Gym is pretty good you feel like you’re running towards the river on the treadmill. Try the breakfast if you can afford it - one of the best I’ve ever had. The hotel also offers tours partnering with other companies so check with the concierge. We went on a private tour to the floating and train market that was excellent.

Location wise (for single and young ppl) is exceptional as it is situated near the famous khao san road. But may opt to go in rambuttri for a much chiller place. The room view is very good if you choose the ones facing the river. Communication between the hotel staff is easy as they can converse in international language very well.

Great hotel with a fantastic location near the main temples and very nice view of the river and temple. Great service from all staff and delicious breakfast. Tv has Netflix and other options, which was also nice. Good wifi. Highly recommend.

Naga Residence ตั้งอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร ห่างจากวัดอรุณ 5.8 กม. และมีบริการสวน ลานระเบียง ทั้งยังมีเมือง โรงแรม 3 ดาวนี้มีศูนย์ออกกำลังกายและห้องพักติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศพร้อมอินเทอร์เน็ตไร้สาย (WiFi)... Recommended 100%. Accommodating staff, very nice hotel with everyday cleaning service. Location is great, so close to Iconsiam. There’s lot of places to eat nearby, 7’11 is walking distance where you can buy breakfast early in the morning. Thank you to all the staff, we had a pleasant stay in Naga Residence. We will definitely be staying again here when in Bangkok.

Exceptionnel hôtel with great services. the spa is fabulous, the pool is great and the staff is always available I will come back to this place
