The staff was perfect, friendly and welcoming. The staff from cleaner till manager did their utmost to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really appreciate that. We planed to stay for a couple of days but in the end we stayed for 10 days, because this hotel is a pure gem. Every detail has been taken care of. We really had a great time. We will surely come back if we visit Chiang Mai again.

This is without doubt the find of our recent holiday and the easily the best accommodation we have stayed in, in all our trips to Chiang Mai. Nestled in Soi 5 in Nimman, it is in a quiet street in the heart of the Nimman with all that has to offer. The accommodation is very comfortable and the bed is large and extremely comfortable. The layout is spacious and very comfortable for longer stays, and the rooms are very tastefully decorated with mid century furniture. The just get the small things right by giving clear guidance on how to use air play with the tv,, and offering a complimentary bottle of wine on check in to free Nespresso coffee, soda and fruit. The breakfasts options were wonderful and I epically loved the congee. The staff are fantastic and could not do enough for us, they were so friendly, attentive and thoughtful and we genuinely missed them when we left. As mentioned above, this accommodation is located in the heart of Nimman which has the best restaurants, cafes and coffee shops Chiang Mai and is a very enjoyable place to stay while still close to the Old City and other attractions. Do yourself a favour and stay here on your next visit, you won’t be disappointed.

Set in Chiang Mai, 2.1 km from Chang Puak Market, Chern Chiangmai Boutique Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. This place was the perfect mix of guesthouse and high-quality facilities! The hosts take care to remember each guest's name, and are not only friendly but very cool! Everything was clean and super tasefully decorated, and the basic breakfast in the cafe was really nice. It's right at Nimman, so you're a short walk away from some of Thailand's best cafes and cool restaurants. You'll definitely have a good Chiang Mai visit if you stay here (they'll make sure of it!) Especially recommend for travelers who like to get to know their hosts.

Set in Chiang Mai and with Chang Puak Market reachable within 2.4 km, Zivi Nimman offers a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a restaurant. We had an excellent stay at Zivi. The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay feel like home. The room was very clean and well maintained. Amenities provided in the room were excellent including coffee machine (in dining area) with many capsules to choose from. The room and bathroom were more spacious than typical in Chiangmai and just perfect for us (we were 3 people with added extra bed). Location is perfect if you want to explore Nimman area which has lots of cafes and restaurants nearby all day round.
