This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is wonderful, staff, architecture, food and attention to detail was impeccable. You really feel like you’re being treated to something special by staying here. I hope they open another location in La Marsa or Sidi Bou Said! Also it is good to book directly through the hotel’s website!

Offering a spa and wellness centre, Palais Bayram is located in the Medina of Tunis. Free WiFi access is available. Each suite here will provide you with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Great heritage spot and amazing hamam facility. The breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant for dinner gave such a great rustic feel in this palace. Saida and staff were most amazing in helping two female travellers feel safe and taken care of. We had 5 star service from all staff. They would make sure we got in and out safely throughout the entire trip. We got a personal staff to show us around the souk. They were so caring. I got a migraine during the trip and they pulled out all the help and even offered to take me to local care for Arabic remedies. I will definitely return here and was amazed by the excellent service.

Boasting a terrace and views of city, El Patio Courtyard House is a guest house set in a historic building in Tunis, 17 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum. Patio is great, awsome space to relax and have a chat. Rooms were clean and staff were very kind and helpfull. Location in Medina is plus, close to the mosque and souqs.

Located in the Medina of Tunis, 12 km from Tunis-Carthage international airport, Dar Ben Gacem is a traditional-style accommodation which offers free Wi-Fi access and a terrace overlooking the city. Huge tasty breakfast each morning. Very friendly staff who provided good recommendations for local places to eat. The room was very spacious and the decor is wonderful selected with support from local artisans. The rooftop was an added bonus despite the poor weather we experienced during our stay. The location was also very convenient within the Medina and had easy (for Tunisia) parking nearby.
