Suitable for family. Most of the facilities are family friendly. Staff looked after kids very well. We also got huge discount for SKM park day pass which is unexpected. Before buying tickets for tourist spots, highly recommend to consult with the hotel staff.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and smells nice. I had an issue with my final invoice and the staff made every effort to resolve it!

We had been in Han Lai. It was also nice. But this seating area near the window will make us choose Tai Urban over Han Lai.
