I recently had the pleasure of staying here during my visit to Yerevan and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the accommodations and the warm hospitality of the host. The location was perfect - close enough to the center of town to be convenient, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle of the city. The cleanliness of the space was also remarkable; I felt completely comfortable and at ease duringp my entire stay. But what really made this experience stand out was the host. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and polite, making sure that I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made me feel at home in a new and unfamiliar place. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Yerevan. I met the kindest people in this place, they are so helpful and friendly. The room is big, clean, the breakfast is great. I arrived late enough without any problem. Next day, returning from a concert I got back even later, without any problem. When I left early in the morning I got my breakfast packed.

Hosts are great! They took really good care of me. They were in Bulgaria before, so I could even speak in my own language. Home-made personal breakfast and coffee + few apples after a long day were the perfect touch to make my stay just great. The house is nice, spacious and clean.

The room far exceeded our expectations. More importantly, the host. This woman baked goods every day and when we arrived not realizing it was cash payment, the host was extremely relaxed about it. She tries really hard and it shows. The woman who cleaned the building also worked incredibly hard all the time. She was always very kind and courteous. She was originally from Egypt and imagine it can't be exactly easy for her to be in a foreign country only speaking Arabic. We appreciated all of the staff immensely. Thank you, Ralph and Hannah

Hi My friend and I really appreciated our stay in this apartment. (very clean) The location is fantastic for visiting Erevan, we did everything by foot. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I highly recommend it. Enjoy your stay !
