A modern, if somewhat sparsely decorated space, with new fittings and furnishings, but virtually nothing in the way of wall decor to make the place feel more welcoming. The apartment does benefit from a small covered front patio on which to enjoy a drink whilst watching the sun setting over the suburb and mountain view.
