- everything!!!!!!! - Mark is an amazing and friendly host - position is really good to move around - walking distance from a lot of services - drying room is the cherry on top of the cake!!! - breakfast so good! The porridge was the best! - cleanliness number 1! - lounge room is so cozy!

My stay was excellent. Kirsty and Kevin are superb hosts providing everything you could need. Idyllic location really close to town centre and beautiful finishing touches. They really have thought of everything. I travelled for business but it felt like a holiday. I have already re-booked for next year with work and will be looking at other times of the year for personal travel too.

Contrary to other reviews which I'm sure were posted on the wrong Boathouse, the Boat House Guesthouse, remember Guesthouse, would definitely get my return business. Harry was a delightful host and his breakfast made to order, could not be surpassed. Friendly, clean and helpful.
