Quiet location, approximately 20 minutes on the bus into Bristol, 40 minutes walk to river. Perfect for dog owners with lovely fields nearby for walking. Accommodation is very well appointed, maintained and beautifully decorated.

We were visiting from Colorado in the US. Beautiful B&B high above the city in a nice part of Bristol just below the Cabot Tower. Large room with great en-suite bathroom. Wonderful shared living, dining and kitchen on the first floor. Large and fully-equipped kitchen (though we didn’t cook). Definitely, the best part of the stay was getting to know the hostess, Eva! She was a wonderful conversationalist and made us feel very welcome and special. She also cooked us a fabulous breakfast to order each morning. If I could, I would rate Berkeley Square B&B with 12 stars! We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Bristol. And did I mention she had a very friendly dog, Papa? The B&B is also very close to many good restaurants and bars.

I loved that it felt very cozy, like living in someone’s home but with the privacy of a hotel. Tracy is an amazing hostess, fun and gave us great tips to move around. Breakfast was a great plus!

Maple Leaf Guest House is an excellent choice for anyone travelling to Bristol. It’s very clean and well-maintained. Only three minutes away from the bus stop where buses depart for the city centre and the University of West England, it offers a home away from home. I had to self-isolate due to the new C-19 day 2 test regulations. The owner took exceptional care of me offering to get me groceries. I couldn’t have experienced a more hospitable stay anywhere in Bristol.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Everything you may need was catered for in the guest house. From complimentary bath, shower gels to tea and coffee. The rooms were completed to an extremely high spec, and there were cupboards full of extra bedding should you need it. It was so clean and bright, really was a lovely place to stay and close to all the places we wanted to visit. It was so quiet and peaceful there, really lovely, onsite parking was a bonus.
