Like the main house, it's very relaxing. A kitchen that is not big but easy to use. There are all kinds of dishes and pots, so there is no inconvenience. There is also a microwave and a refrigerator, which is very good. Both the kitchen and the shower room have good water pressure, and the hot water comes out quickly, so I don't feel stressed. The room is stylish and has a chic atmosphere, so it's very calm. It's very convenient because there are side tables and lamps on both sides of the bed. There were plenty of tables, wardrobes, and storage shelves, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience.

My wife, friend, and I were completely satisfied with our stay at this guest house in Tbilisi. The location was perfect: quiet and cozy, just a few minutes from the metro. The hosts were exceptionally hospitable, kind, and responsive. The room looked new, was very clean, with a comfortable bed and in great condition.

family who runs the place is super helpful. We caught a bad flu for most of our two week stay and they were very helpful and understating. They even gave us food. thank you so much rooms are really clean and spacious and wifi was great.

It’s a very clean and comfortable guesthouse with great hosts. Their breakfasts were also great. A bit far from city center, but there is a bus stop right outside their front door that takes you there in 10 minutes, so it’s really no problem.

Excellent hotel , very good location , very clean. Great owner and very helpful and very honest person. Very sophisticated clean room , comfortable bed. Great temperature and nice shower. Transfer was very smooth from hotel owner even it was midnight he came and pick up me from airport. Price compare to other hotel very competitive and worth the stay too much. Location is near by all interesting places in Tbilisi. Great decoration with very nice unique taste and style. Really homy cozy stay with European feeling I highly recommend this hotel really 5 Stars customer service and room and very clean. The hotel owner is superstar 🌟

Excellent facility with fine host, once I found the place and got oriented to its location. The property is on an unlighted residential street and has no sign or even a house number. It's not too far from Baratashvili Bridge and, in the other direction, is closer yet to Avlabari Metro station. Excellent value, highly recommended.
