Location and breakfast were very good. The staff was exceptional! Carla, Felipa and Marta helped us book many excursions and reservations including trains. Having a staff to help us in a first visit to Lisbon was the reason we chose a hotel over an Airbnb. They went above and beyond! Alexander, Renan and Doglio (sp?) entertained and educated us in the hotel bar! Thanks to all!

This hotel made my one night stay in Lisbon a complete delight. Since the moment I landed Bruno welcomed me at the airport and gave the nicest transfer to the hotel, with basically a free tour along the route. At the beautiful hotel receptionist was super nice and the staff gave a full property tour showing the stunning spaces this hotel has. The room was clean, gorgeously decorated, quiet, with everything you need. Throughout my short stay I enjoyed most of the spaces: the wine tasting (which is free for guests), the garden (cut out of a fantasy book), the library, the absolutely amazing breakfast that was accompanied by piano and violin and it was in a gorgeous space. Just amazing, so sad I couldn’t stay longer! Special thanks to the lovely Karla (I believe) who managed my short notice booking so well and to the wine tasting girl who I had a lovely chat with. And of course to Bruno who in my transfer back even helped me find the airline check in and the security line. This stay completely exceeded my expectations, I will be back for a longer stay!

This is a nice small hotel in an old building, rooms are clean and convenient, what I loved the most was the staff. I met Miguel, Elena, Gisela and señor Jose, all of them are the nicest people, happy to help with every minor request. My room had good air conditioning, a safe box, room service every day, comfortable bed and pillows, towels changed every day. Overall great experience, i booked this hotel with a quite short notice and I’m surprised it was available. Very affordable and is worth every cent.

Great Room, Comfy Bed, Perfect Location. The breakfast is also perfect with a lot of options. Decoration is also top notch. Staff is really welcoming. Overall a great "small hotel" experience in downtown Lisbon.

Excellent location right at the heart of the city. Rossio metro and train stations are just 2-3 minutes of a walk. Room and the bed was excellent. Lot of restaurants around the place. Staff was super friendly, and breakfast was good. View from the room right on to the roads with balcony.

Absolut zu empfehlen! Junges, super-freundliches und gut informiertes Team. Alles wirkt sehr einfach, bescheiden und "zum Anfassen"; es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage, kaum 200m von "Principe Real", mit vielen authentischen Cafés, Bars, Restaurants ist sehr günstig. Trotzdem ist es nachts ausgesprochen leise. Das Frühstücksbuffet, auf den ersten Blick klein, ließ nichts vermissen. Sehr gemischtes, eher junges Publikum; für uns (beide 60+) ein echter Glücksgriff!

Exceptional hospitality. There was tasty cake and other snacks available 😊 Breakfast was available to be brought into room. It was great choise in the morning after Nos Alive festival day (and night)😄 Location is great and located on a nice square. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Lisbon next time.
